A little walk in the park

Hello lovelies! <3

Today was such a lovely Monday - we have just relaxed and chilled around the town. It's warmer again and today the sun was shining sooo beautifully that we wanted to walk around and enjoy this weather. I didn't make many pictures, because I plan to do a massive photoshoot of the town, but I wanted to show you a little bit of this beauty I'm surrounded by every single day. Isn't it just picturesque? What I love about Tartu, is this old architecture, these beautiful buildings and landscapes. I can't get enough of it! Hehe and yeah, I got the chance to capture me and R together on one picture (though he said he looks SO old in this picture, haha, but then again you can see me now with a very very very small amount of make-up on! That's something rare).

In addition to the stroll, I wanted to get some books that are fashion related - I have a small break from school right now and I have some time for myself, just to read, make some projects and relax. I've always wanted to read a proper book about Audrey Hepburn and I finally found it! Also, I got a little design book that I'm going to use for developing my sketching skills. To finish with, I got a really really good fashion history book! I think all fashionistas should know about fashion history + it's very inspiring!

I have few ideas for tuning and doing some DIY projects as well. Since I have time now, I plan to execute my ideas, so here's a little sneakpeak!

Firstly, I have this old striped cotton dress, that has nice fabric and color, but the shape isn't so good. That means only one thing - it's going to be sewing time! (Hint: Peplum)

The second idea concludes a dress you've already seen in one outfit post. BUT - it's too plain, so I plan to edit it with some black geometric pieces. ;)

And here's a little something I've already started - collars. Just wait around and soon you'll see something very shiny, sequined and cute :)

I hope I'll get the motivation to finally get started with the projects! I can't wait to show you the outcome of my ideas - it's always such a rush. So, wait and see, but I hope that I can show you something nice really soon!

xoxo
