Crazy train

34-HOUR DAYS ....
.... would be a dream, wouldn't it?! You would have plenty of time for sleeping your beauty sleep, working out, relaxing with your loved ones, running around from one place to another and completing those 50 tasks that are written on yellow post-its that cover your desk (so you almost forget what your desk actually looks like). In times like these, I thank god for the person who invented post-its because they are literally like an extension for my brain.

Right now my life runs pretty much on this track: wake up-really wake up-get your body and mind prepared for working out (trust me, I am very stubborn) - work out - eat and calm down - make hundreds of phone calls/emails - brainstorm new ideas throughout the day - execute about dosin advertising gigs - repeat. And of course in the middle of all of that I am constantly looking for new gigs, tasks and ideas for blog posts. You know what - in the end, it is not hard .. it is actually satisfying when you see results or after submitting your design, get a happy client who loves what you have done for them. It is all about overcoming your stubborn inner "pig" who sometimes doesn't want you to go that extra mile. Once you do, however, it is all worth it!

Now to the outfit - who said that stripes make you look wider? You have seen this skirt more than a few times but trust me - why I wear it so often is purely because it makes me feel so feminine and confident! To hell with that stripes rule - hey, I can become a zebra if I want and still manage not to look like a flat wide zebra crossing. Maybe that's another "Saturday morning wise thought" - you don't always have to follow what has been said to be true. Make your own truth - like "stripes are my thing" or "red and pink work on me"! Rebels to the go, that's right girls!

How has your week been? Buzy buzy or all about the vacation?

xoxo
