Good morning, my darlings! <3

As a photographer, one of my biggest passions is not only taking pictures but enjoying good ones. I find so much inspiration, peace and beauty in some shoots that I'd just like to share them with you occasionally. Don't you find that some pictures just talk to you? They tell a story - some of them sad, some of them happy, some filled with love and fulfilling life. Dreams, happiness, paradise. All of that in one single picture! One little moment captured. Ain't it just wonderful? That's why I want to share with you 10 lovely moments that inspire me - 10 lovely things, places or moments. Every month now or few times a month I'd love to do this little section <3

 

 1. Sitting in a cafe with my love - just sitting, drinking coffee, eating a croissant and looking people passing by. Sometimes we do a little guessing game: for example we try to count all the people who smoke, sometimes we just like to guess what they are thinking or were are they going. That's what happiness is for me - I can sit with my most loved person, just sit, quietly, look at everything around us and know that he thinks the same. One moment, shared together. That's what makes it all wonderful and that's one of the many reasons why I love him so much.

 2. Taking crazy fashion photos. What could be more inspiring than to see couture photos? They always give me so much ideas; it's just like wonderland. I found this great picture a while ago and I still find it so beautiful. It's in action, but it's so peaceful. How can it be so beautiful? It just amazes me.

 3. Drawing sketches from real-life photos. I love drawing - it's one of those many my "it" things. It's not something I do every day, maybe not even every week, but when I do it, I find myself carried away; just sketching, letting the pencil move slightly on the paper, doing the figures and making something alive.

 4. Colorful make-up. Don't think I'm crazy but I'd wear make up like this every day! Rauno sometimes tells me that during the day I look like I'm going out because I love wearing heavy make up sometimes. I think it's very settle form of art - making this kind of looks .. It's not easy! But I definitely want to learn more and start doing it myself. It just looks way too amazing. I consider my own skin as a canvas which I can use to create something great. That's what fashion's all about, right?
 

 5. Cats! Do I have to say more? They are fluffy, but have the most temperament, sometimes even more than humans. I have one little fluffy sweetheart/lion at my parents house as well and she's the bomb - she can love you deeply, hurt you even more and in the end still care. She can sit by the window for hours, look outside and dream or sometimes she can sit on your belly and warm you until you fall asleep. And they constantly crawl to some weird places - for example, my mom bought a new cupboard and now her kitties love sitting in the drawers ... Isn't that lovely?

 6. Cupcakes, books and coffee. That's a combination you might see more over time because really - it is one of the most satisfying things. The perfect morning for me is to sit in the coffee shop with warm cocoa in my hands, sweet chocolate muffin aside and a good inspiring book on the other side. I'm a dreamer, what can I say!

 7. Flowers! I'm still a girl you know and as much as I'm not a real flower person - I mean I wouldn't really grow them in my own house, at least not many - I love looking at them. That's called true art! All the colors and textures, patterns and shapes .. And you wonder why floral clothing is in fashion! It screams "spring!" and you can't be sad with floral dress, right? You just look happy in it and that's exactly what makes you beautiful.  Also, let's face it - we love when guys bring us flowers. It's just one of those "things".

 8. Sunsets and sunrises. There's something about those moments. I think it's the fact that there aren't really people on the town at that time. Everything is quiet, still sleeping and then the sun slowly makes it all light up and shine! Just like that. Just a big star shining upon us. And bringing a new day filled with hope. And love. This is for you Alysha when you read this post: Someday, girl, we'll see the sunrise in London! Pinky swear promise :)

 9. Crazy shoes for spring. Hey, I'm a fashion girl. There are 3 things I obviously love - high heels, flowers in my wardrobe and everything with studs/spikes and shiny. I think some fashion-god heard those wishes and made these shoes! They are great! A bit romantic, a bit rocker and a bit dangerous. I mean, no guy would like to say badly to you when you have spikes on your shoes. That kind a scares them! I think I have to make shoes like these for myself! (For self-protection? No, for FUN!)

10. And in the end, we still have to have candles. In December, we bought a package with 100 little candles and every single night we had some lighting up the room. It was just magnificent. Warmth, glow .. They are so beautiful - no more words needed :)
