You are more beautiful than you think

This video - it blew my mind and made me need to tell you about it and share my thoughts with you guys. It's very difficult to start from somewhere, but this video touched me so deeply, that I just started to cry. Just like that! All my life, all these 19 years, I've really struggled with my self-image and now that I'm blogging, I realized I'm getting only more critical about myself; for example like yesterday - I was preparing outfit photos for today to show you and those tiny little things started bothering me: like my hand wasn't as slim as it should, I wasn't looking in the right direction, my tummy showed a little bit, my smile wasn't as beautiful as I'd like .. These really small small details started bothering me, even if Rauno said to me that the picture is actually beautiful.  Not once did I say: "I look beautiful on this photo". I don't really recall saying that out loud, ever. How is it possible to dislike you so much that you can't even look yourself in the mirror and say: "I love myself. I look beautiful." Somehow it's the hardest thing I could ever do. Blogging has gave me a lot of confidence but only in the part where I have to "make myself pretty" enough I'd be able to say I look decent. Wearing sweatpants, a ponytale and no make-up = I can't say anything nice to myself. If I'd have to describe my looks to an artist ... I think I know what would come. I really have to start changing that - it is crucial. You must love yourself at first! That's where the happiness begans! 

Since these past months and from now on, I will work on that. I will really truly change that. The video made me realize finally something I actually always knew: we are all different, unique and beautiful! You can't compare beauty in some certain characteristics because we are not the same. We all have flaws, but our flaws make us perfect - perfect in our uniqueness!  I support and encourage you all to take this little moment to look in the mirror and find those beautiful small details you have that NO ONE else in this world has :)  Love yourself! And that's exactly how easy it is to be the happiest and most beautiful woman in the world.
