Hello sweeties! :)
These amazing hot weathers are actually a challenge for me! Walking around in high heels, trying to look crazy-good while it's +30 degrees outside .. yeah, first of all: I have no idea what to wear! I'd rather lay on the beach with bikinis than stroll around the city in heels. :D Well, yesterday this really old dress came and helped me out. Right now a light dress is the thing to go for! This sweetie is so old and has been sitting in my closet for ages - I didn't even remember I had it. I have to be honest, it's not my most favorite dress ever, since it doesn't "hug" my body on the places where it should but hey - I was happy that I could wear a very light dress and didn't have to worry about over-dressing :) So I guess sometimes it's a good thing to go for old pieces and try to work with them.
When it comes to the shooting environment, it seemed the perfect place! An old concrete stair, graffitis on the wall .. it all made the place a bit abandoned and rustic (I mean, there was a cow on the wall!). Overall I really loved it and though a street at front of the department store would have given my dress this modern edgy touch, it turned out this surrounding made it stood out even more, thanks to it's old "broken" vibe.
I hope you like the pictures, share your thoughts with me. <3 (and go tanning, you don't want to look like a zebra as I am - white legs and tanned arms!)
