With my new job in my life, everything has become a lot more hectic and now I don't have that much free time. Then again, after living into my new schedule I'm valuing more those spare moments I have for myself and my family and I think that's only a positive thing. :) Also, blogging is such a great passion for me that I could not live without posting here all the time or interacting with you lovelies. However, since sometimes managing with time and balancing work with personal life can bring a lot of stress, there's a need to think about what makes you happy and makes you smile! Though it all begins in your head - from the positive attitude - there can never be too many things that bring you that extra spark in your eyes. :)

1. Warm coffee and peanut butter-banana sandwiches - sounds silly, doesn't it? But really, it isn't! When I started working out, that combination became my favorite thing ever and is still my "power food". Whenever I have the chance to start my day like this, I know that it's going to be a beautiful day :) And of course - you can always find peanut butter in my cupboard.
2. Home spa treatment - Shower, creams, masks, candlelight and pampering your body's every inch! Doing that, washes away all your worries and stress, leaving you relaxed, happier and feeling like you can achieve everything :) The best thing is - it's cheap and you don't have to leave home! Just Google some receipes for facial masks, do scrub from coffee grounds, add to your home-spa whatever you like. Easy to do, cheap and makes you feel good - ain't that the perfect combo?
3. Flowers on the table - I can honestly say, whenever I don't have flowers at home, it doesn't feel as home! But when I bring some flowers in, put them in a pretty vase and put them next to my computer while I'm working, it relaxes the mood instantly and whenever you have to think about something more difficult, look at the flowers and they ease the thinking! My personal favorite ones are still roses and tulips - classic. But also you can go on the forest and pick some forest flowers that will make your days beautiful :)
4. Putting on high heels - When you put on high heels, there is no or a very little chance that you could feel slightly unconfident! Your poisture is better, you feel more feminine, like you can conquire the world - and trust me, you can if you believe in it! It's easy to feel small, unimportant or boring if you are wearing flats all the time. If you feel very unconfident, try buying a pair of beautiful high heels that you feel comfy in (trust me, there are some like that!) and put them on. You will feel the change! :)
5. Listening positive music from your headphones - and not for shutting off the world and be introverted. It's for making your day bright! Put to your phone some songs that make you smile, have positive meaning and a nice rythm. Now, whenever you are going somewhere important - like a job interview, a meeting, a date - listen to that/those songs before. Just listen, let the positivity get to you, the rythm touch your heart and smile! Remember doing that every time you feel as your mood is not the best and change it that way :) xo
6. Go jogging! - Yes, I know now you are thinking "Oh gosh I have to work out?!" It's really not that hard! At first, yes, you might think it's difficult, painful, you can't do it .. but guess what - YOU CAN! Those thoughts are just habits that die hard and for breaking that little voice in your head you have to pull yourself together. That's the first reason why jogging is good for you - it's your own little "battle" and competition with yourself. Every time you complete the run, you can say to yourself: "Look at me, I did it!" That feeling of achievement is amazing. You don't have to run fast or long, you don't have to jog without stopping. Do how you feel it's good for you! For example if I'm a bit more tired, I do 3-4 stops in my jog, I stretch, breath, select my favorite song and then go :) It's your choice but if you feel your life is getting out of hands and you need something that would push you, start the competition with yourself ! :)
7. Putting makeup on - Have you ever looked at someone with beautiful makeup on and thought "Oh my god, how beautiful she is!" and then looked at yourself without makeup and put yourself down because you don't feel "as good as those other girls". You know what? It's time to stop thinking like that! There are no girls that look utterly amazing without makeup or taking care of their skin. It all starts from taking care of yourself. If you want a beautiful skin, eat healthy, drink a lot of water, use the right products on your skin and that's pretty much it. To add a little something - put on mascara, eyeliner, a pretty shade of lipstick and that's all you need! Feeling better about yourself already? I think you will! :)
8. Cleaning your room - Most times if you are feeling stressed, it's because the environment you are in is not comfortable nor tidy. No matter how annoying it might feel to clean your room, after doing it and looking at the result, you will feel much more relaxed and happy because.. everything looks beautiful! If you want to feel good about yourself, start from making your surroundings look good :)
9. Buy chocolate - But not eat it like a maniac! If you feel you need some pampering with sweets and you deserve a little treat, buy your favourite chocolate and eat a piece or two. That's the rule here - don't eat the whole bar! If you start binging, it will only make you feel worse. Moderation is the key! :) But chocolate is a true medicine for your heart and soul.
10. Smile! - Last but not least, I'd say this is at the same time the easiest and the hardest thing to do! But in the end, it's your choice and depends 100% of you :) Smile, and you bring happiness to others. Smile, and you bring happiness to yourself. That's exactly how easy it is :) xo
