Feeling like a slob ... It's almost horrible how lazy a person can get! There are these days where I just do not feel like dressing up - which pretty much means I'll hide behind my big sunglasses, won't do any make-up or hair and just put on a random outfit. What is also clear now is:
a) I obviously love floral skirts & when I'm lazy, I just wear those;
b) I obviously love purple tights;
c) I've obviously worn both of them way too much;
d) Lita boots and huge glasses always make you look good.
I think now I understand phenomenon of celebrities silently pulling their face in a huge scarf, hoodie and wearing glasses as a mask. Really, if you are having one of those lazy days, there is nothing better! However, wearing at least something else than sweatpants can always brighten up your day - so did it mine :) In the end I'm quite happy with the result and I just got the proof that no matter how lazy you feel, take just 10 minutes for yourself and put on something you really really love - for me it's tights and floral skirts but it can be whatever for you. Even if you feel like the laziest slob in the world, take that willpower and trust me, the motivation comes back. It really doesn't matter if you're a mother who's running errands or a college student who hasn't slept at night. Take those comfy, cute items - even if it's a pair of good-fitting jeans and some nice blouse - and you'll feel much better than in sweatpants :) There is no excuse in looking like a mess - the only motive behind that is lazyness and being the queen of slobs, I guarantee, you don't want to fall to that circle. What are your comfort-zone items like - the ones you always bring out when you feel like not dressing up? :)
